Most of my friends know I'm on a health kick for 2011, so I'm trying to think up ways to eat things that are tasty but still good for me!
This pudding consists of a small layer of low fat vanilla icecream, then a blended layer of raspberries, blueberries and natural yoghurt layered with more fresh blueberries and raspberries and a little more icecream on top (plus a slightly naughty square of dark chocolate grated on the top!)
Nom Nom!
That looks so pretty, and it's healthy too! Most healthy things look ugly to me!
